Customer Satisfaction

We believe in the quality of our products and we believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Your purchase will be delivered via a “WHITE GLOVE” service, which will deliver your purchase right into your home and will allow you forty-five (45) minutes to inspect your purchase (the “Inspection Period).

Inaccuracy Disclaimer

From time to time there may be information on our Web Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Carolina Girl Furniture reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase during the WHITE GLOVE Inspection Period, simply have the WHITE GLOVE delivery return the goods to us, and you will receive a refund in an amount equal to (and in the form of) your payments, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Attention to detail in design, materials and construction is always forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at 877.431.9718 within seven (7) days and we will coordinate shipping. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Exchanges, credits and refunds issued will be for the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Return shipping fees may apply.

Colors

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

YOUR WARRANTIES

The following Limited Warranties are given to the original purchaser of Carolina Girl Furniture products.

FRAMES

A Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to all hardwood and plywood frames. Carolina Girl Furniture warrants the frames to you, the original retail purchaser, to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the furniture. Under this warranty Carolina Girl Furniture’s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty. Costs for packaging, shipping and installation are not covered by this warranty.

CUSHIONING

Hickory Springs Manufacturing Company (www.hickorysprings.com) warrants the foam components of the sofa seating. All cushioning will naturally soften with use. This should be considered as normal wear and tear and not as a loss of resiliency or a manufacturing defect. This Warranty does not apply to conditions caused by physical damage, improper use or normal wear and tear after the original sale. Under this warranty Carolina Girl Furniture’s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty. Costs for packaging, shipping and installation are not covered by this warranty.

FABRICS

Carolina Girl Furniture warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, for one (1) year from date of purchase, all upholstery fabrics against fraying and seam slippage and all leather products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials, seam slippage and cracking. This warranty is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident. This warranty also does not apply if there has been a protective coating treatment after the original shipment to the retail purchaser. Under this warranty Carolina Girl Furniture Inc’s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty. Costs for packaging, shipping and installation are not covered by this warranty.

LIMITATIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL WARRANTIES
ALL WARRANTIES ARE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. ALL WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO MANUFACTURING AND MATERIAL DEFECTS THAT APPEAR UNDER NORMAL, INDOOR RESIDENTIAL USE.
THESE WARRANTIES ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, APPLY. IN NO EVENT WILL CAROLINA GIRL FURNITURE BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF IT HAD REASON TO KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. THESE WARRANTIES GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN THE EVENT THE WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS DO NOT APPLY TO YOU, THEN, WHERE LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND NO WARRANTIES APPLY AFTER THAT PERIOD.

REMEDY:

Under these Limited Warranties, our obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered through the original retail purchaser. Costs for packaging, shipping and installation are not covered by this warranty.

ALL PRODUCTS:

These Limited Warranties are only provided to the original retail purchaser. These Limited Warranties do not apply to any merchandise purchased “as is” or second-hand. No warranty, express or implied, applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care.
